2025 Vendor Requirements & Information

  • Booth Size: 10’ x 10’ (Depending on availability, larger spaces may be available upon request)
  • Booth Fee: $25 per space
  • Online Registration & Payment is required:  If you are not able to register online, please contact Jen Niemeyer at 507-273-2094 or alleycraftattics@gmail.com.
  • Exhibitors & Vendors must be registered and paid prior to the event date.
  • ALL Exhibitors & Vendors MUST provide an ST19 Operator Certificate of Compliance (Tax Document). If you are not selling anything, a non-profit organization, or tax exempt, you must select the appropriate box in the Sales Tax Exemption Section of the ST19 Operator Certificate of Compliance
  • Food vendors must provide license or cottage food registration.
  • All vendors must accept damage liability / waiver (through online registration)
  • Limit 1 per direct distribution vendor per space
  • Setup starts at 10:00 AM, vendors will not be allowed to drive down Broadway after 11:30 AM as picnic tables will be blocking street.
  • Exhibitors & Vendors must supply their own tables/tents/chairs/electric cords
  • Exhibitors & Vendors must stay for the entire time frame 12:00 – 5:00 pm  
  • Setup is two hours prior to the event unless additional time is requested and approved
  • Refunds for cancellation prior to 7 days from event.
  • In the event of severe weather, the event will be cancelled.
  • IMPORTANT – PLEASE NOTE:  
  • Your event space/booth is not reserved until registration is completed including:
  • Complete Online Registration received
  • Completed ST19 form received
  • Payment received
  • Maps and event registration will be emailed the Wednesday before the event. If you do not receive an e-mail you are not registered, so please reach out.

General Liability The registrant (“Vendor”) understands that they are responsible for carrying their own liability and product liability insurance to full extent of the Minnesota Law. Vendor agrees to hold harmless the Wednesdays on Broadway committee, the city of Spring Valley, MN and volunteers against any and all claims or loss arising from participation in the registered event. Vendor will be responsible for all damages to property at which the event is held due to or arising from the Vendor’s, its employees, guests, servants, or agents activities while conducting the exhibition and sale of its products at the events the Vendor is registering for and will exhibit and sell products. This agreement shall commence as of the date the Vendor submits registration online.

Wednesdays on Broadway committee and the city of Spring Valley, MN release of liability The registrant (“Vendor”) agrees to hold Wednesdays on Broadway committee, the city of Spring Valley, MN harmless and indemnifies said parties against all liability or loss the parties may sustain as a result of claim, demands, cost, or judgment, including reasonable attorney fees, costs and expenses due to or arising from the Vendor’s, it’s employees, guests, servants, or agents activities while conducting the exhibition and sale of its products at the events the Vendor is registering for and will exhibit and sell products. This agreement shall commence as of the date the Vendor submits registration online.
