Special City Council Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Spring Valley City Council will hold a special meeting on Wednesday, April 24, 2024. the Meeting will start at 6:00 p.m. and is being held at the Ambulance Facility. The Meeting is being held to discuss the updated Capital Plan, WWTP facility upgrade, proposed downtown project, Bluff Brother Off Sales Application, Serwer Rate increase and MNSPECT building permit services, Comp time policy, and phased retirement.  All interested parties are encouraged to attend.
